NBA Cup Friday night: unbeaten Rockets (5-0) at Mavericks in Dallas. Houston has been rolling, but Dallas just handed OKC its first loss behind Cooper Flagg. I'm backing Houston to stay perfect — who have you got?

A good stat for the #Rockets: None of their players are top 20 in the NBA in minutes per game. Product of improved depth + some blowout wins. (To be fair, 21-24 are all Rockets lmao)

Miami finally wins behind Giannis Antetokounmpo and Bam Adebayo's record night, Philly rallies past Indiana, OKC suffers first loss, Wembanyama drops 36 and Dybantsa debuts.

It's a little funny that it feels like we've seen more show and recover from Dame and Ja vs. the Memphis Grizzlies than vs. the Los Angeles Lakers

Lawson Lovering's two-way contract with the Los Angeles Lakers is a two-year deal, a league source told @spotrac.com.

The Los Angeles Lakers have removed Luka Doncic (back) from the availability report ahead of Friday at Golden State. Ziaire Williams (left foot management) is questionable
